How would you expect the holders to react to a good Ann and on a very short term? How would that affect the SP?

Imagine the Ann brings the Sp to 12-20cts on monday morning. I am expecting long holders to sell part of their investment in order to finally enjoy their ROI. This would mean a decrease of the SP.
On the other hand, recent holders with smaller investment to hold or consolidate as they see a very good week coming. SP will hold or rise.
But at the same time, new holders/players to jump in as early as possible trying to make quick profit, selling on day highs. SP will oscillate.

Am I right?
I am not an OBJ holder for very long unfortunately. I have positions in many other Biotech companies. Waiting for an Ann like this for all of them.. Simply not coming! But OBJ has made The move first.
In all cases, Monday will be a big day.
