    I thought they have already submitted the PL application. I was wrong. Delay is always a cause for concern. Rightly, the SP got hammered.

    Unless they come out with some reasonable explanantion regarding the delay, the SP will continue to come under pressure.

    The start of Total or Santos drilling in the JV areas could see a reversal of the SP, meanwhile, the weak hands will sell.
