As per wiltos post - yes its not good for holders.

Ok, i spoke to micheal herrington this morning in regard to the pl application for the surprise discovery. They won't be lodging it at least for another month, then it could take up to 9 months for approval, although he did say that would be the absolute maximum. Also asked about any indication they might be doing any drilling soon, negative until they get some indication the pl is progressing in a positive manner.
