jagmans - I wouldn't go so far as to say BLR is a dog - as a U stock it does have some positives (soverign risk, proximity to infrastructure, prospectivity of ground) and management have stepped up to plate with exploration activities.
In saying that, the grades to date don't bode too well for future economics, and the notion of 'near-term production' is laughable and dare I say it misleading.
Scoping Study, PFS and BFS are all stages to determining the economic viability of a project - all of which take increasingly lengths of time with increasing amounts of data required to reduce risk.
The new JORC resources are in the LOWEST CATEGORY: INFERRED. This means a significant amount more drilling (and exploration success) is required.
BLR is still a pure exploration play - there's a long road ahead. However in against the multitudes of uranium plays is one of the better ones.
Ive been in for 14 months (probably should have sold at 0.30) so still sitting on some handsome gains - but quite happy to see how the next 10-12 months play out.
Hell, if the sp dropping to 10c would be a great buying opportunity.
