Hi All
It appears I have miss read the appendix 3B note from EMS in which it states that there are 1,437,500 convertible notes - this is of course (and here's my mistake) expressed in dollar terms and not shares as I thought
Therefore there are still 47 odd million shares to be issued on their conversion and so the odds of MS having converted his notes are probably slim to none
So sorry for that
