Trading at growth stock prices despite its EPS being flat the past 10 years, and the expectation is EPS will barely move.
Once upon a time you get could 5-6% on CBA. After 5 year worth of dividend yield compound at 6% You get 33.8% after 5 years. at 3% you get 16%. Less than half. Less than half.
I really cant fathom buying at these prices. Its a nosebleed valuation of monumental proportions.
