Hi PJ, I interpreted it the same way as Whiskey. The primary reservoirs, which to me means the main ones or the big ones, are under the gas cap. This can be seen in the graphic on p11 of the October 2015 investor presentation, which shows SNE2 drilling through the gas cap, whereas SNE3 and BEL1 don't, and will target the thin sands outside of the gas cap.
