There is a bit about contango in Betashares OOO PDS but them knowing everyone will lose money holding OOO they should make it a priority to explain the risk. That's why Dexion is being class action sued in the US.
OOO is a complex fund and should not be offered to retail investors without clear contango risk disclosure.
