2007 the Uranium rise was triggered by hedge funds. A lot of countries intented to leave the nuclear power production.
If Hedge funds will do the same as 2007 in this strongly changed demand situation, 200, 300 US$ for a lbs would easily possible in my opinion.
What SP of PEN, EXT and the others in this situation will do, is not imaginable at the moment.
