imp owes tax dept 8.7 million refer to page 31 of 30 june 04 financial report tat is why the share price has done nothing for so long!

It use to own Vitrokele Core Technology which it sold in 96 for a gain but never paid any capital gains. They tried to dsutethat because the company itself was running at a loss they could transfer the loss to the capital gain of the subsidiary Vitrokele but the tax dept wouldnt tango.

If it looks to good to be true it probably is!
