    Thought I might post part of an email I received from Clive Jones, CEO of CAZ...

    I'm sure he wouldn't mind...

    "...With respect to the issue of legal action by FMG I can confirm that yesterday Justice Malcolm Lee of the Federal Court of Australia dismissed an application for injunction by FMG and stated that" there were no serious issues to be tried",

    We have placed the Company's stock in suspension of trading pending an announcement, the timing of which is yet to be clearly determined,"
