Maybe its a T20 gradually getting out, some have been holders since the previous decade, whilst seeing other ASX stock, eg CBA soar. Perhaps they simply have lost faith in a CEO/Director who is deaf and still keeps trying to grow Mangoes in Ballarat. The Chinese must be laughing all the way to their bank.
Its not even a takeover target anymore.
