Can someone please confirm my interpretation please of The NSW government decision last week
As I understand it, PEL16 has been suspended - based on alleged poor community consultation. It has not been cancelled
I also understand that has forwarded details to The authority - arguing that ot has compiled to its consultation obligations. Personally, I don't expect the Authority to overturn its decision - that it made 3 days ago - else it would demonsrate its incompetency. Therefore, my reckoning is that Rosella-1 will be delayed. There will be a greater degree of consultation (whatever that is) and Rosella will go ahead
