groundzero, even though over 2000 companies have been found to be involved in incentives payed to Iraq under the Oil for Food program, the Volcker report (into UN corruption) found AWB by a country mile to be the biggest payer of kickbacks ... infact 14% of total kickbacks payed by the over 2000 companies, were payed by AWB totalling USD221 Million!
