    Thats exactly ISX business, Screening out dodgy customer is what ISX do. these were found dodgy held back then its genuine transaction. Asic knew about it then still held by ISX but not in the balance sheet. If it didnt go through then it wouldnt have been counted as completed transaction and cross the milestone to enable the vesting of performance shares.
