His Mum is saying he is, and Senator Canavan is admitting he is, but he is disputing the circumstances, not whether or not he is a dual citizen.
TheHigh Court I suppose will determine if he is legally a Italian citizen for which he applied for or whether the Citizenship was granted on an application by a third party and not by birthright and whether that Citizenship will stand legally.
Interesting times ahead.
I just want to wait for the High Court decision and not jump to conclusions beforehand.
