As for which Islamic countries have a higher concentration of women in the cabinet? I'd say pretty much all of them (who have an elected government and even some that don't - such as Qatar). Simple truth is that Abbott's cabinet were not the best people for the job, as is plainly obvious to many of us. The bloke was pretty much blatantly sexist. The fact you cannot see this, but worry about a few dollars in a certification that helps our exports, indicates a strange set of priorities in my opinion.
