Hi Rolla, if we are talking about an independent valuation of the figure, the odds are worse due to human intervention. Whoever does the valuation will come up with a different figure just to prove they did the work (even if a few barrels different)
What is in the ground and what they decide to extract is guarenteed to be a different figure also
