Not satisfied it's a fair deal at this stage as many companies in pharma have Market Caps at multiples of earnings.
We have sunk a lot of costs over the years buying rights to producers and advertising and exposing the products which has impacted profits for someone else to reap all the financial benefits to value the business on a possible EBITDA valuation. Just my thoughts.
I will await and see what the IE advises.
