I'll get more excited when the tenders are bid. Usually the tender is kept secret but the identity of the bidders are not, especially with something as sensitive as Gov. asset sales. Otherwise at the moment it is mere hearsay and speculation. I for one would not consider it wise to take it into any calculations at this point.
