In 2018 Cosmotec received license to manufacture medical devices in Japan.

INDEE Medical Inc. was the company the previous lackluster CEO signed a distribution/licensing deal with for Japan, they still owned the rights.

February 2019 M3Group purchased all OS of the company INDEE Medical Ltd. and merged it into M3 Group.

February 25, 2019 M3 Group/Cosmotec applies for PMDA for fast track approval for ReCell with approval expected and planned for by M3 Group.

March 2019 Avita and Cosmotec/M3 Group sign deal to sell/manufacture distribute ReCell in Japan, eyeing burn/cosmetic sectors and govt. for emergency disaster response with the upcoming Tokyo Olympic Games.

All I's seemed to be getting dotted and T's crossed in Japan. All that is/has happened in such an extremely short span of time with ReCell with the next 6 months looking very good, very good indeed. People on three continents going full steam getting the job done, yet some remain weepy.
