Hi guys, I've been researching COSOL and have a couple queries that I haven't been able to find answers for from my research:
1. When COSOL refers to Enterprise Asset Management as a Service (EAMaaS), does COSOL actually sell this as a software product to clients. For example, I noticed that Red Had Marketplace was selling what looks to be like COSOL's EAMaaS software (https://swc.saas.ibm.com/en-us/redhat-marketplace/products/eam-as-a-service).
2. To what extent are COSOL IT support employees involved in EAMaaS? If it is sold as a software solution, whose responsibility is it to run the software - the client's or COSOL's IT support employees?
3. Is a different EAMaaS software product sold for Hitachi and IBM Maximo? Or does the one product cover both of these EAMs?What has happened to Copernicus and Evergreen? As I understand, these software solutions have been bundled into EAMaaS now. Is this the case or are they sold separately?
4. Similar line of questioning with Asset Management as a Service (AMaaS), is this sold as a software product to clients? Or is it a broad term for the range of different products and softwares COSOL can sell to clients in this space?
5. With RPConnect, COSOL generally earns revenue through multi-year contracts. Why does it take so long for the data migration to be performed?6. Is RPConnect compatible with all EAMs and ERPs?
7. What is the alternative to using a software like RPConnect? Do companies ever try to do these data migrations themselves using internal resources? Or is the alternative more so other IT companies doing the migration who do not have unique IP like RPConnect?
