Cost base for Warwick options converted

    I had some 20c Warwick options that were converted to AGO shares at a rate of 4.41 Warwick options for 1 AGO in 2009.

    Now that AGO shares have been sold, trying to work out the cost base but can't find anything on the interweb or in the files.

    Does anyone know how it should be calculated?
