Surely, OZL Minerals management can think of other ways to increase shareholder value rather than ripping off so many small Mum and Dad shareholders.
If this is the best these clowns can come up with then I'd say we had better start paying someone with a few more brains.
Surely, OZL management have done enough damage to all shareholders without doing this.
Surely small shareholders should also have some opportunity to recoup their lost money.

Maybe OZL Management should think about giving themselves a paycut until they can think of a way to improve shareholder value !!!
