I don't entirely agree with your comments. I think there is some merit in making cost savings wherever they can be made. If it costs $100 to service each shareholder that would be a saving of about $7million per annum if evryone took the offer.
Personally, I would have preferred OZL to have bought back these shares and absorbed them rather than putting them back on the market.
It is important to note that the scheme is voluntary.
