“However, moving the enormous wind turbine components to the new renewable energy zones (REZ) is not possible. They simply cannot get through the town.”

Yes if it wasn't for the Toowoomba bypass the 540 Macintyre Wind Farm blades plus an equal number still to come for stage 2 and a few spares would have never made it over the range.
