    The general public have been Sold the Sizzle for decades, ND.

    The questions that you have put forward can only be answered in one way, no State or Federal government has bothered to safeguard the landholders in regards to returning their land to a pre turbine state.

    The question is whether these government’s intentionally didn’t add the rehabilitation costs into the contracts for “some” reason or they were All just a bit lazy/stupid is the question.

    The “rush” to be seen to be doing something has often caused bigger problems down the track.

    The argument that I’ve most often heard about not having rehabilitation costs set aside is that these concrete bases will be reused.
    However it appears to me that as we go forward, wind factories are getting bigger and bigger thus rendering the old bases as being useless (too small) for the newer models.
