I am trying to find some reasons behind the recent selloff (if any) and it made me think about costs for this project.

We've seen recently the construction costs from other miners blow out because of among other things, the personnel/materials costs are increasing fairly substantially because of this current mining boom / booming housing construction market.

Does anyone have details about the construction contract that WAK had entered in to for this project? Was it a fixed cost contract or reimbursable?

I think we may have an unpleasant surprise on the costs for this one but hopefully management were smart to lock in a fully/partially fixed construction contract or at least have had a fair amount of fat in the capex estimate to cover this pending cost increase.

Anyone have similar thoughts? It would be painful if they had to do a raise down at these prices to cover extra construction costs.

I'm a holder and think this will be an absolute cash cow in 12 months from now... but just trying to assess the short/medium term risks.
