Your Geo friend is right. Mining companies have the right to explore any where they wish. However the are expected to negotiate in good faith with the land owners. If they can't get the go ahead from the farmer they can just walk and start drilling, but no mining company wants to be seen with jack boots on. After putting that announcement about the IOGCs last week, they have no option (if the wish to keep shareholders on side) but to drill this year.
Its going to be an interesting June quarter. Goldy can I ask where and how you might be meeting JA and the crew?
