It would be interesting to gather peoples thought on how much an exploration program would cost to confirm JORC resources and how it would be finance.

I have found an article dated October 2010, which provide us with information on this matter:-

Core mining has spent $ 40 million on exploration on Avima project in the Central African nation and is planning a drilling program next year, which could cost as much as $ 100 million.

I would expect capital raising is in due course for LEG to confirm its resources. But $140 million is a lot of money to come up with. If CR is successful, what would be the impact of dilution of its shareholders.

I think that this question is very important for any investor in LEG.
