PFS pre feasibility stage/study , i think everybody has been through this a thousand times now below is from the agreement It says to a PFS not after a PFS
The JV Agreement requires Legacy to spend a minimum of $3,500,000 to develop Mt Bevan to a pre-feasibility stage, together with a placement in Hawthorn of $1,500,000 via the issue of 250,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.006. Upon the completion of spending a minimum of $3,500,000, Legacy will earn a 60% interest in Mt Bevan.
