I can tell you one thing O if they are in the process of doing a deal with a third party, they will not follow in Legacys' footsteps and deal with an Indian company that suffers from the shackles imposed by political pressures.
The unfortunate involvement with NMDC is in my opinion one major reason that a third party will have to be found to get this project off the ground within a reasonable timeframe.
