in my instance the quote was 36k ex GST. so nearly 40k.
It included all hardware and install for a 6kwh system as per my initial post. my site has easy access for the battery to be lifted of the truck. i questioned the cost and was told battery alone is 17000 plus GST. the guy seemed to know the ZCell very well. i was under the impression he installed them before. At the moment this is too expensive for me but compared to 1 year ago when a different installer tried to talk me out of the ZCell this is much more promising.

re RRP yes, I'd like Redflow to put a recommended retail price up on their site because somehow i thought the 10k mark was retail. my fault obviously. naturally installer needs to make money also

btw there is a new installer coming on board closer to Sydney which might give me a chance for a comparison quote...however my guess is it be a year or two for me to revisit. my AGL bill is just over 2k a year for Electricity and Gas so my ROI is way of
