CHM Statement of Claim detailed that the price of the Jack Hills and Weld Range tenements was ONE Million dollars payable to to the vendors including Zeedam Ltd and Hinch by a set date. NIC/MMX only part paid by the set date and incurred an additional $100K penalty. MMX announcement of 28 FEB 05 detailed that the final payment of $550K had been made to the vendors.
Two CHM cheques totaling $153K were accepted and deposited into the accounts of Zeedam Ltd and Hinch.
