Believe this also happened to CHM too....It doesnt matter how much it costs to issue shares it causes dillution but conveys that value ..they WERE issued at 10 cents each as verified in the annual report...If Ben gave me 100 mill shares in chm today ..it would cost nothing but would i not then recieve 100 million shares valued at 2.5 cents therefore a consideration of approx $2.5 mill???
