Glyna if Barnes and Grimaldi were acting in the best interests of CHM given that CHM cash was used either CHM should have got Nicu shares or the deal should have been done in a jointly owned vehicle. The shares to the vendors should have been issued in a jointly owned vehicle if half the cash at least was coming from CHM.
