The land is ridiculous because state governments keep it that way.....I suggest it sells for over twice what it is worth...because states want that revenue when sold...and revenue when built and follow on with rates...The governments that lead us - if you think they care, or will ever do what is best for us.....keep dreaming. The only thing more shallow than state and local governments is land on the moon. That really means nothing is more shallow than them....and they prove it year after year....
