Cost of Phase 2

Hello to all who know better than me, just wanting to get a little help.

I am pouring over the PEN announcements and gathering all of the info in a spreadsheet to make my life easier.

The latest update regarding Phase 2 mentions that the total cost will be a fixed price of 49million (which includes the price overrun of 9.5 million). I can't find how much of this amount has already been paid to Samuel given that the cost of expansion activities over the last 3 quarters has been around 67 million.

How much of the remaining 44 million is to be spent on expansion activities before yellow cake is produced?
