The last presentation on the web site states that it takes
13,000 Mega Joules of energy to produce 1 tonne of Alumina.
It also takes 3.5 tonne of Bauxite to produce 1 tonne of Alumina
I understand energy is Cheaper in WA than most places in the world an its got to be better producing 1 tonne of Alumina than carting 3.5 tonnes of Bauxite ?
Am I wrong ?? :-)
