If the financial is in order, and discussion was only for refinancing the existing debt in some of our discussion here on hc then it is not a reason for a halt. I don't see nab, fmg, sir, halted for a month to get finance. They negotiate and contract issued, then announcement. Done and dusted.

End of June, they have 16m, end of july, they had 10m, end of Aug and Sep?? Where are we in terms of cash position?

There has been discussion around the tailing dam, the capex on tailing dam has to be done otherwise they would not be able to continue to produce. The wall of the tailing need to be rise by 4m every year. However, management had manage to reduce the cost associated with dam and in turn the capital requirement is reduced.it is not something they do to hide the cash or make the financial to look bad to allow shareholders to get in cheap.

Where is the mining license?

My guess the mining licence will be announced after refinancing together with off take agreement contracts and a ramp up production for 2016
