Simple answer IMO, big guys, just hate existence of SMFS's , they will do anything increase our cost, to make it unprofitable.
My wife is listed company CPA preparing board papers... not able to lodge my SMFS, ( all paperwork done,... not qualified enough, not having AFSL).
Not able to give basic advice SOA , maybe she will need evening course RG146, as many of 25000 financial advisor have.There was was already inquiry in 2009 by Labor.Maybe after this commission it will will take few more days for unqualified advisors , plus new number as RG 147 / 2018.
Share trading I have ANZ Tax tools premium.
My son is chartered accountant - auditor for multinational companies. Not allowed to do small SMFS audit.
Still cost me aprox. $ 4000.00
