Questions:
(1) Is there a direct link between prevailing interest rates and the cost of shorting a stock?
(2) If so, will the foreshadowed rise in interest rates curtail the amount of shorting occurring in PNV and other stocks similarly afflicted?
(3) How significant an impact?
