Just to make things a little more complicated - NA3 is unique - The port is owned by NHC, is close to major towns so no fly in fly out accom costs, and importantly no problem getting experienced labour, - coal is shallow - no dragline, owns the rites to the coal so pays itself royalties, is close to port so minimal rail costs, high grade thermal coal, most infrastructure, equipement and machinery already purchased and in place - So FOB for NA3 at a guess under $90/tonne
