A lot of expected timelines in Nth America have not been met.
Very few anywhere have been meet Rupfel, AGY has waited 3 years just for a permit and at least a year behind in its ramp up and even further with expansion plans, LPD has just gone into a TH for a cap raise and is years behing expectations not days, CXO has ceased mining and running down their stockpile through the plant and thats just the tip of the iceberg when it comes expectations being missed. It's tough out there but we are better placed than many startups and that is effectively what are.
