No its far from ideal and is why we were getting a new CEO at some point , the price of concentrate is far from ideal as well. The question is not about ideal situations its about the current situation and whether you think JB , who understands mining operations at this site better than any of us, is the right person, combined with the mine manager to get the plant doing what is supposed to do.
I believe he is, you may not but he is not going to walk away from the company he started without seeing it through this difficult period , so either support him or spend your time finding fault while continuing to hold, the choice is yours but be carefull what you wish for.
