Sorry but if my money is at stake and I believe in the company but not the people guiding it I can very well speak out about it no?
as far as I am concerned when I first invested in SYA it was pretty shabby and then BL came in and turned it round and then for undisclosed "personal reasons" he was given the boot and the constant through all of this is the current BoD who have still not managed to implement the required governance standards despite being advised > 2 years ago.
price is not ideal but is out of their control. composition of the board and senior management is well within their control.
