As I said in my post yesterday, it now appears almost certain that we are going to be "force fed" an Innovation Grant from the Federal Government.
Prof Fraser is a speaker at an Innovation Conference on the Gold Coast on 7th March
"Professor Ian Frazer AC, University of Queensland, The Ralph Slatyer Address on Science and Society"
and there is another Innovation Conference later in march, also on the Gold Coast (there are others elsewhere around OZ also very soon)
So we will get a "grant " which is actually a placement, diluting us smaller shareholders yet again.
There could be several separate grants relating to several aspects such as the CSIRO and STEM cells, the VAX work, comercialising Gardacil for different uses ... eg hernia /pelvic floor.
So if we were willing to take it slower we could stay undiluted with positive cash flow by end of year (my estimate) or get cash this July and rip into development, bringing "big successful company" status in say 3 years, rather than perhaps 6 if we wait. Keep in mind the world will be a fast-moving place during thos years.
I think I would rather we take the money and rip into building the company.
And it is now much more certain we know what the BOD shit-fight was about.
