Jay - Have a look at the announcement released by Cellmid (CDY) on Friday - "Cellmid to Refinance RnD Loan" - a rather expensive way to raise funding at 15% with the option for the lender to convert the Principal and Interest to shares in the Company. Admittedly its not a bank that is lending but they sure have priced in the risk. I hope that AHZ don't consider this sort of arrangement. I would prefer another cap raise any day. PS I own some CDY's and the chat on that thread is fairly similar to the AHZ thread.
