This recent bout of selling which has driven the price from 63 cents down to 52 cents started on February 11.
Assuming the sales are from the holdings of ex-directors we can assume that the Govt Innovation placement is certain ... why else the urge to sell .... they know that they will be diluted soon so get out now and get back in later.
It also indicates that the placement will be of the order of $15 million worth. The various tax breaks will probably still be there.
