I think across the board here we have seen most of the property sector being absolutely hammered.

What I fear the most is that this is at the begginning of the recession here in Australia.

With all that said we could see a rally into the coming months on the property stocks as they have been all oversold quite substantially.

A few directors buying their own stock would certainly give it a boost.

Looks like a holder for the medium-longer term here. If this price stays down I will probably average down some more.
